I have always purchased my vehicles from Chris Coppoletti. He is a trusted friend when it comes to any of my families vehicle purchases. I started searching for a family vehicle about 2 months ago for myself, my wife & three daughters. Chris called me immediately when he had the right vehicle for me. I was happy to find out that Brandy Moe runs the dealership because & I’ve also always had an amazing experience with her as well. I purchased the vehicle Chris found for me. A 2005 Lexus GX 470. I was overjoyed & almost shocked by how insanely perfect this vehicle is!! The entire process took 15 minutes. This is exactly why I prefer doing business with Brandy & Chris. The day after I purchased the car, I felt a vibration, so I took it to Lexus & had the repair done & paid for out of my own pocket. No problem, this is expected when purchasing a used vehicle. A few days later I received a check in the mail from Pacific Classics for the exact amount of the repair. This was done on their own accord, without my asking & without hesitation!!
